Patricia Pegues joined SUHI in 2024 as a Career Coach on the Community Workforce Development Team, where she assists Population Health Career Pathways students with navigating their CHW career path by providing guidance, tools, and strategies to achieve their goals. Patricia has extensive experience working in adult education programs and her dedication is rooted in the belief that education is foundational to life’s success. Her teaching philosophy focuses on preparing students to embrace new ways of seeing the world and becoming empathetic members of society.
Prior to joining SUHI, Patricia taught a wide range of adult education classes including adult basic education (ABE) and high school equivalency (GED). She has worked in workforce development as a facilitator in a variety of workshops including financial literacy and career readiness. |
