SUHI Equity Research Fellows Program

The Sinai Urban Health Institute (SUHI) Equity Research Fellows program was designed to strengthen research and collaboration among scientists and universities who share a focus on improving health equity in Chicago and beyond. SUHI benefits from the diverse expertise of new academic partners, while Fellows get the chance to experience our unique, community-focused research center and to work on specific research projects related to advancing health equity.

Fellowship Activities

Fellows generally spend one day a week with SUHI, collaborating on manuscripts, proposals, and other projects. Deliverables are jointly developed based on current SUHI needs and opportunities, as well as the Fellow’s interests and career goals. Fellows are considered part of the SUHI team and are invited to participate in all SUHI research meetings and events.
