Maria Chavez joined SUHI in 2022 as a Program Manager, Workforce Development, where she focuses on implementing innovative workforce development models that support employees across the SUHI network, equipping them with the training and tools they need to grow and flourish. Maria brings more than 25 years’ experience in community relations, marketing, community-focused programming and workforce development. Her past experience overseeing, creating, and expanding development programs for employees of a variety of ages and skill levels informs her current work at SUHI. |
