KELSEY BARNICK

Professional Summary

Kelsey Barnick (she/her) joined SUHI in 2024 as a Senior Research Specialist with the Health Equity Research Evaluation team. Kelsey currently supports a variety of projects focused on improving health equity using mixed-method and participatory approaches. Particularly, she is passionate about youth development and community-driven research and evaluation. Prior to joining SUHI, Kelsey was an Impact Analyst at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, leading evaluation activities across comprehensive programming aiming to improve health and well-being for communities in the Chicago area. She has experience in community capacity building and action planning throughout various communities with a wide range of stakeholders.
