Jamison Merrill (he/him) joined SUHI in 2023 as a Program Manager for SUHI’s Health Equity Research and Evaluation team. In his role, Jamison supports community- and hospital-based evaluation projects on a variety of topics, including community health worker training and deployment and safe sleep for babies.
Prior to joining SUHI, Jamison held roles within community-based organizations and at Johns Hopkins University’s Bloomberg School of Public Health. Most recently, he served as a consultant where he led program design and evaluation efforts for community-based organizations and foundations on topics related to sexual and reproductive health, violence prevention, and COVID-19. Jamison takes a community-engaged approach, working closely with community stakeholders to ensure that the research and evaluation design and methods are appropriately tailored to the community context. His research interests include program evaluation, implementation science, and child and adolescent health. |
