| Chandrea Chaiyarat joined SUHI in 2020 as a Training and Intervention Manager and was promoted to Manager, CROWD in 2024. In her current role, she oversees CROWD, SUHI’s Center for CHW Research, Outcomes and Workforce Development, where she supports business development efforts, creates training content, and facilitates in-person and virtual trainings. Her work focuses on strengthening the public health workforce and supporting community-based approaches to improving health outcomes.
Chandrea has extensive experience in professional development and workforce training. In prior roles she designed and led innovative training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance across diverse sectors. She is committed to ensuring individuals have access to the tools and knowledge needed to grow in their careers and better serve their communities. |
