Professional Summary
| Anna Forte (she/her) joined SUHI in 2022 and now serves as a Program Manager. In her current role, she supports both internal system programs and external partners through rigorous data reporting, monitoring, and analysis. With experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, Anna regularly conducts evaluations that include data cleaning, statistical analysis, and the translation of findings into actionable insights. Anna also leads the operation and evaluation of the CMS Internship Program, coordinating logistics and assessing program outcomes to support continuous improvement and meaningful impact. Prior to joining SUHI, Anna worked as a policy project coordinator at Equal Hope, a Chicago-based organization dedicated to eliminating racial inequities in cancer-related healthcare and outcomes. She has training in survey research methodology and appreciates work that relies on culturally-responsive evaluation and community-driven research to support policy change. |
