SUHI returns as evaluator for the second federal grant awarded to the Latino Alzheimer’s and Memory Disorder Alliance (LAMDA), conducting a formative and summative evaluation of their program to train and deploy CHWs to support persons living with or at high risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
