Chicagoland Partnerships for Equitable Vaccine Distribution

In response to the Rockefeller Foundation’s Equitable Vaccine Initiative, SUHI supported the Chicago Community Trust by conducting monthly pulse surveys (English and Spanish) to gather community feedback and perspectives on COVID-19 vaccines. Additionally, SUHI provided evaluation and technical assistance to nearly 25 organizations, including managing monthly meetings and overseeing the collection and analysis of key performance indicators.
