Asthma Management Education Research

SUHI’s asthma work is funded by the Illinois Department of Public Health via two grants, the Home Visiting Collaborative and Chicago Coordinated Asthma Project. Both are CHW-led interventions whereby asthma self-management education and emotional support are provided virtually, on the phone or in the home to children and adults with asthma and their caregivers.
